NLCS – Season 1 (2 Sept – 8 Nov, 2024.25)

I, understand and agree that UFIT Sports PTE LTD assumes no responsibility for the supervision of my Child at times other than during the ECA sessions.

I also understand that UFIT Sports PTE LTD staff will take reasonable and appropriate care of my child during the ECA sessions but I do understand that sometimes accidents do happen. I hereby waive and release any right I may have or acquire to make a claim against UFIT Sports PTE LTD or any of its employees from liability in respect of any unforeseen eventually, accident or loss/damage to the property of my child, provided UFIT Sports PTE LTD and its employees have not been negligent in the subsequent care and supervision of my child during the lesson.

Full term registration is compulsory. Except for the new clients joining mid term subject to availability of the spot. Term fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. No cancellation upon commencement of the term.

I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I am aware the agreement includes a waiver of liability and indemnity agreement.
